Introducing UserVoice’s Gainsight Integration

We strongly believe Product and Customer Success teams are key partners in customer-centricity. And as the importance of strong relationships between Product Management and Customer Success teams has grown over the years, so has our commitment to bridging the gap that often exists between these two key groups.You may have noticed recently some of the ways we’ve been bringing improvements to the UserVoice experience for customer-facing teams such as our recently-launched Slack integration and our all new Contributor Console. Today, we’re thrilled to unveil the latest piece of functionality enabling close, continuous collaboration between Product and CS: an integration with Gainsight.We’ve brought the power of UserVoice to Gainsight’s C360 view, and we’ve brought Gainsight data to UserVoice’s Contributor Console to help customer-centric organizations smooth out the rough edges of their product feedback processes. With it, CSMs have a better way to:
