I frequently write blog posts where I tell customers to “contact us if you have any issues” or “give us your feedback on this new feature”. Why not make that easy for them? You can actually set your UserVoice feedback widget to spawn directly from a link in a blog post like this.
This means you’re going to get less emails to your support email address, more opportunity for your customers to check out your forum…and you’ll look really slick!
