Most of us sleepwalk through our daily interactions with companies expecting a certain response. We expect adequate service from the barista, a “how are you” from the clerk at the grocery store, maybe even a smile from the book store clerk. It’s this daily glaze that can make your customer forget about you and easily float on to the next company that will satisfy their needs.

Surprise and delight your customers – shake them out of their haze and remind them why they love you.

One way to do this is to set up a UserVoice Feedback Forum – surprising them with how much you care about their feedback. But how do you take it a step further, and mix up even a standard interaction on your forum? Get creative:
