Being a company that builds products to help you understand and assist your customers, we spend a significant amount of time talking to you, our customers.

Last year your biggest piece of feedback was that you wanted customer support software to be built into UserVoice, so in March we launched UserVoice Full Service. One of the biggest pieces of feedback since then? Some of you want JUST the Helpdesk product.

We’re flattered that people like Helpdesk so much and, while we do think the combo of Helpdesk and Feedback is the best tool for any company, we recognize that sometimes companies are just not in the position to have a Feedback forum.

That’s why today we’re pleased as pudding to announce the launch of the standalone UserVoice Helpdesk product. Available starting at just $5 a month.

We’d also like to announce some stats, because we’re pretty proud of them.

In the two short months that we’ve had UserVoice Full Service available we’ve seen:

  • Over 1,000 businesses sign up for Full Service bundle
  • More than 60,000 customers assisted through Helpdesk
  • 50% of businesses who used Helpdesk receive kudos from their customers
  • Over 5 million views of the Full Service widget

The punchline here is not that we’re awesome – it’s that you all are awesome. You wanted a better way to help your customers, and the many interviews we did with you and the 40+ beta testers and all the feedback you’ve given us since then have helped move the world – starting with 1000 businesses – closer to a place where customers and support employees are happier. We’re proud to have been part of that.
