Whew! It’s been a wild and crazy month of conferences, airbrush tattoos, and lots of integrations. In case you missed out on any of them, heeeere’s the roundup:

HipChat
HipChat is a fantastic chat platform for inter-company communications (which we use every day at UserVoice). As you grow up as a company there’s a tendency to firewall off the rest of the company from the actual customer interactions your customer-facing team is having. You mean to protect them, but instead this can mean that they lose sight of who they’re trying to help.

SugarCRM
CRMs (Customer Relationship Management systems) are a great way for your sales team to have context when talking to customers. But this shouldn’t just include sales info – they also need to know if this person has had issues or given feedback lately. Our SugarCRM service hook pushes any interactions in UserVoice directly into the CRM, so you can keep your sales team in the loop about what’s going on with your support team.

Campfire
37 Signals’ team chat client Campfire allows teammates (even remote ones) to stay connected. But what about your customers? They’re just as important as your coworkers, and we think their voices belong in Campfire too. The Campfire web hook pushes UserVoice ideas, comments, support tickets, kudos, and status updates directly into Campfire chat rooms.

Yammer
Yammer helps teams share what they’re working on – but where is feedback in this share-fest? Our Yammer service hook pushes feedback and kudos from UserVoice directly into the Yammer activity stream.

None of these integrations what you’re looking for? Fear not! You can build your own with our service hooks functionality.
