We've listened to your feedback, and are happy to announce a minor improvement to way attachments are handled in tickets. Previously attachments were treated as a link that took you to a file hosted on a web server. Today we've changed that. Attaching files to tickets works exactly the way you'd expect it to – attachments behave as attachments do in clients you're used to, like Gmail. It's a small enhancement, but one that will make your support act and look more natural.
