Our default widget for Full Service customers allows their end users to post an idea or send in a ticket. But there are occasions when you might not want to offer both options, especially if you’re using the widget on multiple pages.
That’s why we now allow you to create three different types of widgets:
A feedback-only widget
A helpdesk-only widget
Or the combined widget
You can create each of these widgets by going to Settings>Channels, clicking “Add widget” and selecting your choice from the dropdown.
