We’ve heard a lot of interest from you regarding the lack of sorting ability for Knowledge Base topics and articles. Long-term we have a significant revamp of the Knowledge Base planned…videos, WYSIWYG editor, ordering, etc. But in the short term, we don’t want you to suffer.
So starting on Thursday all Knowledge Base topic and article lists will be ordered alphabetically. This will be retroactive, so your existing content will be resorted. In the short term, this should allow you to manually organize your articles and topics with numbers, while we work on the long-term improvements.
