Manually position your Knowledge Base articles

Until today, the only order your Knowledge Base articles could be in was alphabetical. As pointed out by a popular idea in our feedback forum, that process didn’t always display the most important or relevant articles. To give you more control, we now allow you to manually position all your articles! When you go in to edit an article you’ll now see an option box to the right of the title:

When clicked on you’ll be able to reorder the article to position of your choice or move it to another topic altogether:

Hopefully you all find this helpful as we continue to improve how reordering is done (including drag and drop). As always, let us know if you have any feedback and enjoy rearranging to your heart’s content!
