A few weeks ago our top-performing customer service rep, Claire Talbott, did a presentation for the UserVoice staff. We require every employee to answer one support ticket a week, and some were puzzling over how she gets so many Kudos from customers. Her presentation was so spot-on that I had to share it with you.
