We know how tough educating your customers can be which is why we’re inviting you to participate in our 2013 Knowledge Base Challenge! It’s our annual competition to help you create an epic Knowledge Base to supply instant answers to your customers. Best of all is that participating you make your job as support agent or community manager significantly easier.

Here’s how to make your life easier

Throughout the month of July we want you to spend a little extra time on your documentation. Fill out your FAQ, update existing Knowledge Base articles, spread the word about the awesome resources you created – anything that you can do to make your Knowledge Base as helpful as it possibly could be. While you’re doing that, we’ll be hard at work over here giving tips, blogging and being a resource for you. All of this will help improve your instant answers rate which can answer up to 40% of your users’ questions. The company who increases their instant answers rate the most will win an epic collection of office games, stress relievers and Nerf guns!

To participate in this year’s Knowledge Base Challenge, UserVoice customers can sign up here! The challenge starts July 1st and goes through the 1st of August. Be on the look out for helpful tips on Twitter with the hashtag #KBchallenge and be sure to let us know how it’s going with the same hash!
